Make a trial installation using
these parts and compare the assembly time with that of your
present method.
Recommended installation for hard back mirrors:
- Place frame face downward
on table.
- Place glass within frame,
roughly equidistant from frame edge.
- Place several wedges of
proper size on the mirror back; and using both hands, orient
the mirror wedges in the clearance space between glass and
frame.
- Be sure that the wedge
stands slightly above the back level of the mirror frame to
provide compression between mirror back and frame when the
mirror back is fastened into position.
